❤️  I can not express just how highly I would rate Dr. Janine for helping your beloved pets to cross over the rainbow bridge. From the first point of contact, she was kind, caring and helpful. She was fantastic with communication, and came into my home to do what I believe must be such a hard job with emotions running high. She was so easy to talk to, and so reassuring through the whole process. The care and respect she showed throughout the whole process was absolutely incredible. Tux left this world so peacefully and with so much dignity. The care and respect continued all the way through the process of taking him away for cremation as well as returning his ashes. ❤️  I came across Dr Janine on FB and got in touch because it hasn’t crossed my mind that I could have my dear old dog pts at home. I had a chat and explained he was a big dog and could be a bit tricky. Janine explained there were some things we could do to help him chill beforehand so that he could be laid to rest at home.Once I decided the day she talked me through everything and came over the night before. Worthy really liked her.On the evening of the procedure she was kind, compassionate and we were not rushed or hurried along. Nothing was done without us being ready.Knowing Worthy crossed the rainbow bridge at home in my daughter’s arms surrounded by love makes me really happy. I had 11.5 years with him and letting him go with the dignity and respect he deserved was everything to me.I would recommend Janine to anyone without hesitation.
